These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShiftInbox iOS application and the website at shiftinbox.codemxm.com (collectively, the "Service") provided by CodeMXM ("we", "us"). By downloading or using ShiftInbox, you agree to these Terms. shiftinbox.codemxm.com.
ShiftInbox Service Description
ShiftInbox is an iOS productivity app that helps you import shift schedules from screenshots, PDFs, text, and ICS files, review changes, and sync approved shifts to Apple Calendar. The app processes data on your device. We do not provide employer scheduling systems or guarantee schedule accuracy from OCR recognition.
No Account Required
ShiftInbox does not require user registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.
License to Use ShiftInbox
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShiftInbox for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use ShiftInbox for unlawful purposes • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law • Use the app to infringe others' rights • Circumvent in-app purchase or licensing mechanisms
In-App Purchases
ShiftInbox offers a free tier with limited successful imports and optional Lifetime Pro (one-time purchase, non-consumable, non-renewing). All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. Prices may vary by region.
Schedule Accuracy Disclaimer
ShiftInbox uses optical character recognition (OCR) to read schedules. OCR results may contain errors. You must review all extracted shifts before syncing to Apple Calendar. We are not liable for missed shifts, incorrect times, or calendar conflicts resulting from unverified data.
Intellectual Property
ShiftInbox, its logo, and all associated content are owned by CodeMXM. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ShiftInbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free OCR, or compatibility with every schedule format.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeMXM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShiftInbox, including missed work shifts or calendar errors.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
